IPL 2026 updated points table: Top 3 locked in, four-way battle for fourth spot

Sunrisers Hyderabad defeated defending champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru in their final league stage match in the Indian Premier League 2026 on Friday, but could not secure a top-two finish. SRH had put up 255/4 batting first and needed a win of 90 or more runs to go past RCB on the NRR and top the group stage. However, their 55-run win kept them in third spot as RCB joined Gujarat Titans in the top two.
