The QUAD grouping, comprising India, the United States, Japan, and Australia, on Tuesday (May 26) issued a strong joint statement condemning terrorism, cautioning against coercive actions in the Indo-Pacific and opposing any disruption to global maritime trade routes, including the imposition of tolls in the Strait of Hormuz. The statement was issued after the Quad Foreign Ministers' Meeting held in New Delhi under India's chairmanship.
