Hardik Pandya was spotted leaving the city with rumoured girlfriend Mahieka Sharma shortly after Mumbai Indians‘ 30-run defeat against Rajasthan Royals.The star-couple caught the attention of fans and the paparazzi at the airport as they arrived hand-in-hand. The couple stepped out in coordinated black tracksuits as they walked together with interlaced fingers and made their way through the terminal.The appearance came just hours after the Mumbai Indians wrapped up a disappointing IPL campaign with a loss to the Rajasthan Royals. The five-time champions finished the season with just 8 points from 14 matches, ending second-last on the 10-team points table.Speaking after the defeat, Pandya said to IANS, “We gave away 10-15 too many. It was chaseable, but we lost too many early wickets. Wicket played similarly in both innings; you had to hold your shape and hit good cricketing shots to get value.”The all-rounder also highlighted the final five overs as a major turning point in the match. He said, “(Bowling in) Last five overs are always difficult. If you can stop one/two boundaries, you can keep teams 12-15 runs short. Conceding 73 in the last five cost us too.”While Hardik has remained tight-lipped about his personal life, his recent public appearances with Mahieka have continued to fuel speculation about their relationship status. The couple’s PDA filled appearances have only added to speculation that the two are getting serious in their relationship. Recent unconfirmed reports also alleged that the couple were getting ready to move in together. However, the rumours have not yet been confirmed.Hardik is known to jet out of the city on quiet holidays with his lady love. In March, Hardik and Mahieka were spotted catching a speedboat at Mumbai’s Gateway of India. The duo coordinated in matching blue outfits following the T20 World Cup victory.
