'Bhooth Bangla' box office collection Day 11: Akshay Kumar's film sees drop on the second Monday; inches towards Rs 200 crore

Akshay Kumar‘s ‘Bhooth Bangla’ has been raking in decent collections at the box office during the weekdays. After raking in good numbers on its second weekend at the theaters, the horror comedy once again witnessed a drop on the second Monday.

After raking in Rs 12.50 crore on the second Sunday, the Priyadarshan directorial witnessed a 70.8 percent drop in its collection on the following Monday. According to the Sacnilk report, on Day 11, ‘Bhooth Bangla’ earned Rs 3.65 crore across 8755 shows in the country. With that, the total India gross collection of the movie is now Rs 139.25 crore, while the India net earnings of the film are Rs 117.05 crore.

Worldwide collection of ‘Bhooth Bangla’

For the uninformed, the film minted Rs 100 crore worldwide within four days of its release. Now, it is eyeing adding another century to its global collections. On Day 11, the Akshay Kumar starrer netted Rs 1.5 crore in the overseas market. With that, the total overseas gross has reached Rs 49.50 crore. This pushed the worldwide gross collection to Rs 188.75 crore.On the other hand, the movie is also facing competition from the biopic on Michael Jackson titled ‘Michael’ and Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’.
