Congress leader VD Satheesan is all set to take oath as the Chief Minister of Kerala at 10 am today (May 18) along with his full Council of Ministers. Kerala Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar will administer the oath of office and secrecy in a ceremony at the Central Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram.
