The Supreme Court is set to hear the Twisha Sharma death case on Monday in a hearing that could become a major turning point in the high-profile investigation. The apex court has taken suo motu cognisance of the matter amid serious allegations of institutional bias, procedural lapses and irregularities in the probe into the 32-year-old actor-model’s death at her matrimonial home in Bhopal. A bench led by Chief Justice of India Surya Kant, along with Justices Joymalya Bagchi and Vipul M Pancholi, will hear the case titled “In Re: Alleged institutional bias and procedural discrepancies in the unnatural death of a young girl at her matrimonial home.”
